Terms of Service

Vezl lets you create a digital business card, share it by link or QR code, and let others save your contact details to their phone as a standard contact file (vCard). Features may change over time.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@getvezl.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Information you put on your card (such as your name, photo and photo caption, job title, company, phone number, email, address, and website) is visible to anyone who has your card's link or scans your QR code, and they may save it to their own devices. Only include information you're comfortable sharing. Once someone saves your contact details to their device, we can't remove them from it.

• Vezl is a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Your subscription includes two cards: Business and Personal.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. After that, your card is no longer publicly available until you resubscribe.
• We don't provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• If a payment fails, your access to paid features may be paused until payment is updated.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Price changes apply from your next billing period after the notice.

You can share your referral link with friends. A friend who subscribes through it gets their first month free, and when their first paid invoice goes through, you get a credit worth one month on your account, applied to your next invoice. A referral link's discount applies if you sign up within 7 days of clicking it. Rewards are account credits with no cash value and can't be transferred. You can't refer yourself, each person can be referred only once, and credits are limited to 12 per year. We may change or end the program at any time. Abuse — such as fake accounts or self-referrals — voids any rewards.

You agree not to use the Service to: impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity or affiliation; post unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or infringing content; send spam or unsolicited messages; upload malware or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours; or interfere with or overload the Service. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You keep ownership of the content you add to your card. You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and transmit it solely to operate and provide the Service. You confirm you have the right to use any content you upload, including photos.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Vezl. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer it except as allowed by law.

You can stop using the Service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. After cancellation or termination, your card is no longer publicly available. We retain your account data as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask us to delete it.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available, or that contacts saved by others will display identically on every device.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vezl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
